6-Week Not Your Average Detox
For the person who wants to ditch the sluggish, bogged down feeling, and gain clarity and energy, not just for a few weeks, but long-term. This is a group experience, with consistent support from myself, as well as group members, to help you achieve optimal success over our 6 weeks together.

All resources provided are easily downloadable, and can be saved for future reference. Multiple supplement tiers available at an extra cost and are optional, yet recommended.

Each weekly guide includes:
1) 2 specific, doable goals to focus on each week
2) The “why”and “how” these goals support optimal detox.
3) 6 new weekly recipes each week, created to specifically support that week’s goals
4) Detox Supplement Protocol. Strongly recommended for maximal benefit! Supplements only taken for 10 of the days.

4-Week Reset and Restore
This program is for the person who: wants to get healthier, but is confused about where to start, is overwhelmed by all the opposing information in the wellness space and needs structure/ideas in a guided manner, has trouble implementing new healthy habits on their own, wants to work with a nutritionist, but pay a fraction of the cost.
What you'll receive:
1) Explaining what we are doing each week (to give you specific goals)
2) Informing why we are doing it (so you’ll be motivated)
3) Giving very specific options how to do it (so you don’t get overwhelmed)
