Get to the root of what’s holding you back. In these personalized sessions, we’ll review your health history, current diet, symptoms, and lab work to uncover nutrient gaps, inflammation triggers, and lifestyle factors that may be contributing to how you feel.

Structure and Pricing

Initial Consultation
We'll start with a 90-minute initial consultation, where we do a deep dive into all aspects of your personal health journey. We'll review the Initial Intake, Cell Blueprint Questionnaire, and 3-Day Diet Diary, then together decide on personalized initial short and long-term goals to get you on the road to feeling better.

Follow-Up Sessions
Then, we'll join for 60-minute follow-up sessions to discuss how and when to progress goals, and work through any barriers that arise. Session frequency is initially every two-three weeks while initiating change, then once per month or as needed to continue to support sustainable changes for optimal success.
