Meet Sara.

As a Physical Therapist and Certified Nutrition Specialist, I help people get to the root of stubborn symptoms like fatigue, digestive complaints and chronic pain by using food, movement, and lifestyle as medicine. My approach is grounded in functional nutrition, meaning I don’t just treat symptoms; I work with you to uncover why they’re happening in the first place. I see clients both virtually and in person in Saratoga Springs, and I’m here to help you feel empowered, energized, and back in control of your health.

What I Do Differently

I use a root-cause approach that blends science and real-life strategy.

That means I don’t just hand you a meal plan and send you on your way. I take the time to understand your full picture—your diet, stress, sleep, symptoms, movement, and mindset—and uncover the factors that are throwing your body off balance.

Together, we’ll:
-Look at your health history and bloodwork as available
-Identify nutrient gaps and inflammation triggers
-Work through barriers like stress, food sensitivities, or low energy
-Build a personalized plan that’s clear, doable, and sustainable
